Candied Kielbasa

(From Wreath Fineries at Eleven Wineries 2006)

1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup prepared horseradish
2 pounds kielbasa, thinly sliced

Combine all the sauce ingredients in a crockpot. Add the kielbasa and turn to coat. Cook on High until the sauce begins to bubble. Reduce heat to Low and cook until the sauce thickens, approximately one hour.
