Toasted Almond Dip

(From Wreath Fineries at Eleven Wineries 2006)

1 – 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 – 1/2 cups (6 ounces) Swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 cup sliced almonds, toasted
Crackers

Thoroughly mix all ingredients except crackers and spread evenly in a 9″ pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, stirring after 8 minutes. Serve with crackers.
