The misfit fruit that didn't conform to what people think fruit “should” look like has returned to please your palate as a wine!

The local nectarines, peaches, pears, and estate Cayuga grapes that didn't originally have a home went through a natural fermentation, so it has a wild tang in the nose and in the finish.

The yeast naturally found on the Glorie Farms grapes gives this wine unique, distinct zest. Aromas of golden apples, grass, and overripe apricot with a dry body of ripe pear, yellow fruit, and applesauce.

We made only 75 cases, and this wine can’t be replicated, so once it’s gone, it’s gone!
