Aged in rye whiskey barrels, this dry cider starts off crisp, with the bright flavors of our home-grown, hand-harvested apples and finishes with smooth flavors of rye, malt, and earth.

This cider is unfiltered and bottle conditioned.  We made only 50 gallons of this special limited release.
